Highlight of the apartment is the 11m long balcony with lateral view of the Baltic Sea. Here you have sun from morning to evening! Gorgeous!
The apartment has a total of 61m² and offers all guests enough space to relax and unwind.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers you a cozy living room with extendable leather couch and dining area, a 40 "UHD TV with BluRay / DVD player, free WLAN / Internet, a stereo with DAB + and CD also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
The apartment offers enough space for the family of four. For four adults, it should be a bit tight. A cot with separate mattress and changing mat can be booked if required.
Of course the villa has an elevator. A car parking lot is located directly on the property (also for large cars geeigent). From 01. May - 30. September a private beach chair belongs to the apartment.

Since it is a single parker, it can also be used for large cars/SUV/VAN.
You can use a charging station for electric vehicles on the parking space for a fee. This charging station charges up to 11KW and is only assigned to this apartment (no other apartments can be used).
